How long will it take to get my website operational?
This depends on the complexity of the website and availability of the graphics and information you would like to have on the website.  Typical times are between 2-4 weeks. 
Do I have to have internet connection at my business to have a website?
No, the website can be 100 percent operational without your having an internet connection.  However, it is a good idea to have access to the Internet so you can take advantage of the email accounts that are part of the benefits of having a website. 
If I decide to cancel, are there any cancellation fees?
There are no cancellation fees.  If you decide to cancel, just send us an email,  letter, or fax indicating your desire to discontinue our services.
If I cancel what happens to the website?
The website is considered intellectual property of Simply On The Net.  If you cancel, the website will be removed.
How do I make changes to the website?
Tell  Simply On The Net what changes you would like to see and we will coordinate with you to get the changes completed. 
How long does it take to make the changes to my website?
This depends on the complexity of the changes.  Typically changes are completed within 24-48 hours. 
Can  I sell merchandise and/or services on my website?
No.  At this time, Simply On The Net does not build e-commerce website.
How often will my website be reviewed to ensure that it is operational status and accurate?
Simply On The Net visits customer websites on a weekly basis to ensure that the website is operational.  If an error is discovered, it is typically corrected within 24 hours.
